Not medical advice

Give Me Five Days is an educational program built from the founder's personal experience and research. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or addiction treatment, and nothing in the program is medical advice. The founder is not a physician or licensed health professional, and enrolling does not create a provider-patient relationship.

Talk to your doctor

Cannabis withdrawal affects sleep, mood, appetite, and, for some people, existing medical or mental health conditions. If you have a medical or psychiatric condition, take medication, are pregnant, or use cannabis prescribed by a physician, talk to your doctor before changing your use. Nothing in the program asks you to ignore medical guidance.

If you are in crisis

The program's emergency module is for cravings, not emergencies. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or are in any medical emergency, call your local emergency number, or in the United States call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Results vary

The founder's story and any member accounts on this site are individual experiences, not a promise of your result. Your outcome depends on your participation and circumstances. The only promise we make is the Day 5 guarantee described in the Terms.

Legal status of cannabis

Cannabis laws differ by state and country. Nothing in the program is legal advice, and the program's Phase I, during which you continue smoking, is not an instruction to possess or use cannabis where it is unlawful. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live.
