Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 11, 2026
This policy describes how Chris Shepherd ("we," "us"), operator of Give Me Five Days, collects and uses information when you visit this site or enroll in the program.
What we collect
- Account and contact information. Your name and email address when you enroll or contact us.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your card number. We receive confirmation of payment and refund status.
- Program data. Your progress through the program, your Day 5 decision, dashboard entries you choose to record, and messages you send during check-ins and calls.
- Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it
- To deliver the program, including daily audio, calls, check-ins, and the dashboard.
- To process payment and, if you decline at Day 5, your refund.
- To respond to you and to send program-related messages. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
- To operate and secure the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf (payment processing, hosting, email delivery, video calls), or where the law requires disclosure. Given the subject matter of this program, we treat your enrollment itself as confidential.
Retention
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to shepherdlaw@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Age
This program is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
