Terms of Service

Effective date: July 11, 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of Give Me Five Days (the "Program"), offered by Chris Shepherd ("we," "us"). By purchasing or using the Program, you agree to them.

1. The Program

The Program is a 26-day audio program with related materials and support: daily audio episodes across three phases, one-on-one video calls, direct founder access, an emergency module, companion guides, and a regeneration dashboard. It is an educational program. It is not medical care, therapy, or addiction treatment, and no provider-patient relationship is created. See the Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

3. Price and payment

The founding cohort price is $1,500, limited to ten seats. When those seats are gone, the price is $2,500. Payment is due in full before Day I. There is no subscription.

4. The Day 5 guarantee

5. License to materials

On payment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Program materials for your own use. The materials are yours to keep. You may not resell, republish, share, or distribute them, and all intellectual property remains ours.

6. Your responsibilities

The Program requires your participation: listening to the daily audio, completing action steps, and attending scheduled calls. Results depend on factors we do not control, and apart from the Day 5 guarantee, we make no promise about your individual outcome.

7. Scheduling and conduct

Calls and check-ins are scheduled in advance. We may reschedule for good cause and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you. We may end participation, with a refund of your payment, if continuing the relationship is untenable.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the Program is provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the Program is limited to the amount you paid, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you buy are the ones that apply to you.
